  • All items are pre-order. Please note you are purchasing a pre-order item,allow 7-14 working days for delivery after you place an order excludes Saturday,Sunday & Public Holidays. 

  • All pre-order opened for domestic and international orders. International orders applicable for Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia only.  

  • Please note that actual colors may vary from the images shown due to lighting, your monitor settings or mobile display. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors and every individual may see these colors differently. 

  • Fill the order form with accurate details. Unfortunately we can't change any information on an exisiting order once it has already been processed for shipment. If you haven't yet received tracking number and your shipping confirmation, we may be able to process an address change. Please reach out to us at email fzkbyfitrizainal@gmail.com

  • Full payment requires for us to processing and proceed your orders. Payment and shipping cost will charged immediately at check out.

  • All sales are final policy. Once you place an order with us it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions. We don't accept request for cancellation of orders. 

  • Rest assure that we have strict quality control process on each product before it goes out for shipment. Therefore non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable for our pre-ordered items.

  • While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited edition items do happen especially in the current situation. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

  • Tracking number will be update via email, please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update. 

  • Domestic orders normally arrive within 1-3 days of shipping. International shipment normally it will take around 7-10 days depending on the courier booked and the parcel destination. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can't control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package's location and estimated delivery date.

  • If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we will reach out to you via email address provided with your shipping information. If we don't get a response within 3 working days, we hold the right to refund your order. This applies to all orders, including special edition and pre-order sales.

  • Please note that in the event of an order split shipping, we can only refund you for what has been returned to us due to shipping error only.
